What You Need:
- 1 14-ounce can of coconut milk (full fat)
- 2 capsules of vegan probiotics
- 1 cheesecloth
- 1 wooden spoon
Instructions
1. Open can of coconut milk
Open the can of coconut milk and pour into a glass jar or bowl.
2. Whisk coconut milk
Whisk the coconut milk until it is well blended.
3. Add probiotics
Open two vegan probiotic capsules and add to the coconut milk. Stir well with a wooden spoon.
4. Cover with cheesecloth
Cover your jar or bowl with a cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band. Let the mixture sit and activate for 24-48 hours. The longer it sits, the thicker and more tangier.
5. Remove cheesecloth and refrigerate
Remove the cheesecloth and cover with a secure lid, then refrigerate.
6. Enjoy
Enjoy your cool coconut yogurt as is or add maple syrup, vanilla extract, or fruit.
